Barrel fermentation and aging took place in mostly older French Oak and Acacia (25% new Acacia) for about nine months sur lie providing a textured bed for the floral notes with citrus and melon fruit and firm acidity to unwind upon. The tension and race against time of 2019 are reflected on the palate with crisp precision and authority. ... Zesty lime and gooseberry on the nose, on the palate it is dry crisp and very flavourful: fresh lime, green apple and passion fruit with hints of fresh herbs lingering on the palate.
