As unfortunate as this is for all of us, we hope it will put us all in a better place a few weeks from now. NEW : MASKS MANDATORY IN WAREHOUSE Starting tomorrow, November 10th, face masks will be mandatory in the warehouse. Mandatory before class from entry until you reach your bike & after class from dismounting your bike until you are outside. Masks CAN be removed when you are on your bike.... This is a preventative measure that we feel is manageable for everyone & simply an extra step in keeping everyone safe in the warehouse. A friendly reminder to everyone : please take care of yourself & please stay home if you are feeling unwell or have been a close contact of a Covid positive case. Shoot us a text or give us a call if you suddenly start feeling unwell within our cancellation window. We will be happy to cancel you from class, free of charge! Reminder to please sanitize upon entry & exit. Reminder to please keep 6 feet from the people around you. Reminder that our door is open 10-15 minutes before class time. Reminder to new warehouse clients to arrive early enough to complete our Covid waiver. Reminder to arrive ahead of your scheduled class time - our door will be locked at class start time. Everyone has been so great with all protocols within the warehouse (thank you!), we’re just providing that extra reminder. Saturday - Ryder’s Choice Theme Ryde 9:00am + 10:30am w/ Alyssa + Brooke Just the same as when we opened the warehouse, we are still following all recommended Covid-19 protocol & cleaning practices within our space. Keeping the health + safety of our clients + staff of utmost importance. For those wondering, this will be our location for the foreseeable future. Although we miss the atmosphere + amenities of our downtown location, the warehouse allows us the most safe + appropriate layout during these times, while still able to provide our signature ryde experience. A few updates to the space will be made over the next few weeks to spruce things up! We’re so grateful for the community you’ve helped us build that continues to show up, regardless of our location. OUTDOOR BODY CLASSES - WE’RE BACK STARTING THIS THURSDAY Thursday 5:30pm Saturday 9:30am Tuesday 5:30pm... Location : Rotary Park, directly behind Ryde $10 - Sign up through MindBody App - 15 SPOTS PER CLASS All body weight exercises - if you have your own equipment, you are welcome to bring it! Weights, mat, etc. There will be no access allowed into the Ryde studio All attendants must sign a waiver through Mind Body at signup, therefore no walk ups will be accepted into the class All classes will follow social distancing rules & specific class guidelines approved by AHS - sanitizer provided before & after classes - workout positions spaced and marked 6+ feet apart NOTE : - Instructor will be at location 10 minutes prior to the class start time - Parking available at the Ryde studio or around the park - Four hour cancellation period applies to all outdoor classes. Class pass will not be refunded if cancellation happens within the 4 hour window before class time - Excessive rain/weather will result in a cancelled class & refunded passes - We’re open to time/day suggestions for any further classes we may add.
