ILEA Vancouver hosted their Design Lab at Sage last week - and it was a blast! Our culinary team pulled out all the stops with a "Tribute to Bob Ross" snack station, Grilled Sous Vide Octopus, Virgin French 75s and Textures of Chocolate at the molecular gastronomy station, an "Ode to Spring" Cilantro & Pea Panacotta, and loads of passed canapés.
