#blackouttuesday It’s hard to find the words right now, as I’m sure most of you can relate. Even if you don’t know how to speak out, there is so much you can do to help. Educate yourself, do research. Donate. Do inner work. Racism can exist within us without us even knowing. So it’s important for us to look within, bring things to light and see how we can do better. Ask questions. Take actions. Get uncomfortable!! And be okay with experiencing things such as humiliation and other blows to the ego. I can’t wait for the day we all feel the unity, love and oneness of our true nature, and celebrate, honor and respect the differences of our meat suits. I also love gratitude journaling and talking with a friend. It helps me shift my perspective and reminds me that I’m bigger and more powerful than any of my negative emotions.

There’s so much anxiety in the ether right now, as I’m sure you can feel. But there’s also a ton of love and hope around us, so be wise in what you choose to focus on.
