We have staff until the end of September, and then will reduce to weekends that have good weather (over 10 degrees and not too windy) after that. Online canoe or kayak story sharing coming soon! Autumn and dark evenings with story telling time have arrived. This year due to Covid19 we (SCC) decided to skip the regular Trip Tales meeting in October. Instead we would like you to share with us and others your adventures this year online. Plan is to start posting stories from mid Oct (Oct 15th) once a week as long we have the stories. Hope you have some nice stories for us! They can about some special sightings, events or ...races, your whole trip; they can be short as well as longer. Here are the guidelines: As usual try to keep your story crisp and rather short than long (max 15 minutes). We plan to post the link to the stories on our website and Facebook. Ideally the story should be in a movie format, but other formats are also allowed (powerpoint, pdf). We can help also to convert the picture and powerpoint slideshows into movies, which helps to keep documents unchanged. Your name and contact data is totally voluntary while sharing the story. You can also decide how long you would like to have your story public (minimum is one week). Send your story to Tiina, to the Social Director of SCC [email protected]
