It is very important for you to review this information prior to your 1st practice. Saskatoon Players, Coaches and Parents. Today we have sent an email out to everyone with important information and updates. If you did not receive this email please email: [email protected] and request to be added to the mailing list. Below is the email that was sent out: Please do not respond here with any questions or concerns. All concerns and questions can be directed to [email protected].... Dear Parents, Players and Coaches; This is a quick email to update everyone when first sessions will begin and a timeline when to expect further information. The 2020 Winter League will begin this weekend October 3 and 4th. Adult games will begin this weekend, most games will occur on Sunday; However, we will have some odd number divisions (3 teams) these may have Saturday afternoon games. Youth leagues will begin with two practices (Saturday and Sunday) during the day. We are now in the process of getting set up for winter league in a tight time frame. Our next email will be sent Thursday night, this email will be much more thorough and will include the following: - Teams will be designed and how to find your team - schedule will be posted and how to find schedule - schedule & division formats - coaches contacted - protocols for the season (dressing rooms, masks, parental attendance 1 per child) EQUIPMENT NEW PLAYERS PLEASE READ Mandatory ice hockey stick (no plastic blades) ice hockey gloves CSA approved helmet (face cage required for all players under 18) running shoes Highly recommended Shin Pads (soccer style) Protective Cup * Jersey will be provided to coaches and given to players at first practice. The next few days will be extremely busy for our staff, please refrain from contacting the league regarding any of the above items, the details will be sent to everyone once completed.
