Italy’s Prosecco Hills Have Just Been Added to the UNESCO World Heritage List! The UNESCO World Heritage Committee is currently meeting in Baku, Azerbaijan to select and inscribe new properties all around the world with World Heritage Site status. One of the sites that has just been selected is the beautiful Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. According to UNESCO, World Heritage is the designation for places on Earth that are of outstanding universal value to humanity and as such, have been inscribed on the World Heritage List to be protected for future generations to appreciate and enjoy.
