Anne Miller met with Jane Dolan this month for her "Meet Your Neighbours" column. Jane works in the Long-term Care of the Saanich Peninsula Hospital, a role that always requires compassion, care and empathy. Last year's developments though changed her work environment dramatically, and all those skills were in even greater demand.
