Late to the party on posting this, but the escalation in covid-19 numbers has us busy making sure we are sanitised, safe and prepared for all of our clients. A pandemic can’t stop us from working hard to provide the best care possible for the moms and babies in our care. All the best to our October families.

A great postpartum resource for new parents in the White Rock/South Surrey area. Postpartum is a huge adjustment and you can often feel alone, even more so during a pandemic. Please contact them if you’d like to register for their online fall group sessions.

We are so proud of the care we are providing to Indigenous mothers and families in our area! Check out this @ebbirth podcast with local doula @mirandadoula about Indigenous birth work. Posted @withregram @ebbirth In this episode ( link in bio ), I interview Miranda Kelly (@mirandadoula), a certified birth doula, postpartum doula, and childbirth educator who has worked for ten years in Indigenous people’s health planning, policy education, and research. Miranda holds a Bac...helor of Science in Biology and Psychology, and a Master of Public Health degree. She is a mother of two girls, and is a member of the ekw’í7tl (pronounced ah-quay-tull) doula collective in Vancouver. Miranda is passionate about indigenous peoples reclaiming their authority as decision makers in their own health and wellbeing, and I’m thrilled to welcome Miranda to the podcast to let us know about the work that she and other community organizers are doing for the indigenous community. We also discuss the evidence on amniotic fluid.
