You know something, I’ve seen this to many times in the past year and a half with so many people, hell I won’t lie, I’ve come close a few times myself. Here’s a few of the things I’ve done that works for me and I understand they won’t work for everyone but there’s a choice in decisions. I perspective 1. Back to the basics of why I quit in the first place.... 2. Let the moment pass. 3. Reach out no matter what, that includes your support, friends, family and professionals 4. Keeping busy. 5. Use your tools, don’t have any start reading! We literally have the internet in our hands now. 6. Allow yourself to have your feelings. 7. Be gentle with yourself. 8. Use a healthy distraction. 9. Read a book. 10. Trust yourself, haven’t done that in a while eh, start little and go from there. I’m sure there’s tons more and I’d like to hear yours. Just give yourself a chance.
