People, events, situations can leave you confused, frightened, angry, or resentful, often by design. Yet you can always choose a more empowered response. Engage positively in life. Flip the negative influences on their head so they inspire you rather than bring you down. Take a proactive approach to your own sense of well being. Absorb whatever energy is pointed your way and transform it into a force for goodness.... No one else has a right to control how you feel. So don’t give anyone the chance. You’re very familiar with what inspires you to be your best. Make that your focus, and make good, helpful, productive living your outcome. Flip the negative influences and commit yourself to being a positive presence in life. There’s a whole lot of good you can do by being you, so enable all that goodness to unfold.

What kind of results can I expect to get with 80 Day Obsession? This is always a common question I get when someone embarks upon a new fitness program. The answer is almost always, it depends. First of all, let me say the 80 Day Obsession test group before and after photos from the test group have been nothing short of AMAZING. Really, it’s going to be a program that will help so many get the results they are looking for. That said, here’s the caveat: 80% of your resu...lts will come down to how closely you follow the nutrition portion of the program, not the workouts. And, for most people that’s the hardest part. Changing what you eat, when you eat, and your portion sizes is NOT easy. It’s a lot more difficult than simply carving out an extra 45-50 minutes to work out each day. Committing to the 80 Day Obsession Meal Plan means planning ahead, trying foods you may not be used to eating a lot, and giving up some of your favorite things. Also, no booze (sorry to break it to you!). However, if you’re willing to commit to the process, you WILL have amazing results.

A powerful time to take action is when you don’t feel like it. If you can do what must be done even when you don’t feel like it, you can do it any time. Even when you’re not inspired, you can still do something positive and helpful. Even when your heart’s not in it, you can nonetheless make progress. Sure, enjoying your work has great benefits. Yet it is absolutely possible to get that work done even when it’s not so enjoyable.... Yes, there are other things you’d rather be doing. And most of those activities will still be available to you once your work is completed. Fortunately, the more you see yourself making progress, the more eager you’ll be to continue the effort. As you invest yourself in the necessary task at hand, you’ll enable yourself to feel better about it. Go ahead and do the work that must be done. Discover how great it feels to have it all behind you.

Truth is all Who you know yourself to be is far more important than what anyone else thinks of you. Being true to all you love, value, and care about is far more consequential than your level of popularity. Ultimately, all you have is what is true. If you abandon truth, you are left with nothing.... It can often be comfortable and convenient in the moment to ignore the truth. Yet those comforts will slide away, those conveniences will crumble, and truth will always confront you. Your best option is to willingly choose truth each time you can. Keep yourself aligned with truth and let its power exert constant positive influence on your life. You cannot rely on finding truth in what someone says, no matter how well qualified they may be. You cannot even be sure of finding truth in what you believe. Truth is in what you know, in what you live, and that truth is both difficult and undeniable. Put that truth into all you say, all you do, for there is really no other good choice.

COVID has been a pain in everyone's ass, starting with financial stress, people getting sick, job loss, and the COVID 20. COVID 20?? It's COVID 19, Shawn!!!! I'm not talking about the virus I am talking about the 20 lbs that we have put on around our waist. Are you following me now?? COVID started for us in March and it is now almost September a lot of us are feeling fluffy, no energy, lack of self-confidence, our clothes don't fit, for those of you not working mid-day... naps and nothing to focus on while we wait... DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?? I know that is me. With the kids going back to school for some of us it means we get some sort of routine back in our lives and what a better way to start than to take care of ourselves, 2020 is not over yet and there is 1 thing we can control and that is our body. We can decide what to do with it, what to put in it, and how we feel while we are in it. We have 4 months until 2021 and I propose to each of you reading this to get together and become the best versions of ourselves. I can help you with that. 1. I have a group starting September 7th call Lose the Covid. it is an accountability group that will keep you focused on your goal whatever it may be. 2. An easy to follow step by step work out that suits your personality and style, from advanced, dancing and even weightlifting if you like that kind of thing. 3. Easy to follow portion control meal plans that will help you fuel your body to feel the best inside as you grow outside. 4. Nutrition that helps me guide you with what you are putting in your body "think your favorite flavor of ice cream. All I need to get you started is a Shawn I am Ready. I am going to warn everyone do not order anything from the The Jersey Barn https://jerseybarn.com. I ordered early November they came up with some story that they had to close the doors then they say the order has been upgraded to priority shipping but no email Replies, no phone calls answered, no return messages this is a poor excuses of a company if not scammers of people’s money. They say that the store is closed but they are still taking online orders. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Maybe some social influence will get them moving.
