Well that's a wrap on this crazy 2020 year here at Stewart's Hearth Store folks. This year will be remembered for a lot of negative things but for us it will be remebered as our most successful year in 14 years since we opened. Thank you to our awesome customers near and far, our wonderful suppliers and last but not least our very supportive family. Here's to bigger, better, safer and healthier things in 2021.... No Power here at the shop this morning but thanks to wood and propane we have heat and hot water.

Every year our #1 Distributor Compact Appliances Ltd. have an annual trade show and awards banquet. This year due to Covid it was done throughout the month of July in a series of Zoom meetings. Today was the final meeting and Awards for dealers were announced. We are very proud to say that Stewart's Hearth Store was awarded the Napoleon HVAC Dealer of the Year award out of all dealers in Atlantic Canada and NFLD. Ian.... We were also awarded the Compact Appliances Dealer of the Year award. This award is voted on by the while staff at Compact so we are very honoured to be recognized in this aspect as well. Now none of this would have been possible without the support of our awesome community and customers. Without you we simply just wouldn't be. Thanks for an awesome 2019 season and although 2020 is hitting us hard we are confident with living in such a great little community we will get through this just fine.

Out to a remote camp for delivery and service

We are back to our normal hours starting today. We will be open Monday to Friday 8 to 5 . Evenings and weekends will be by appointment. We will still be practicing social distancing, and keeping everything sanitized as well as limiting the number of customers in the building to 4. Thanks to all our customers for their continued support

Notice to all our customers!!!!!. For now our store front will be operating under the current hours of Monday to Friday 9 to 3. But we will be back out on the road for installs and service everyday. We will still be practicing social distancing and taking all necessary precautions under current Covid-19 protocols. With the current back log in our schedule it will be early to mid June before we are able to book any new installs or service. We would like to thank all our customers for their support during these difficult times.

And the saga continues.... Just got my first hate phone call from No Caller ID saying she saw my post from yesterday and wanted me to know that it’s people li...ke me who kill innocent Canadians!! She then hung up. Alrighty then...guess she doesn’t know I served in the Canadian Army for 25 years and 9 years as a civilian instructor at the NATO Special Operations School in Belgium. All the time proudly wearing the Canadian flag on my shoulder while trying to do my part to protect the freedoms and rights of all Canadians. A simple thank you from the miss-informed No Caller ID would have sufficed. So Justin Trudeau, if you are reading this...Thanks very much for inspiring No Caller ID to make me feel so unCanadian!! Oh... BTW..I’m keeping all my guns that are now classified as prohibited for the rest of my life. I figure the Conservatives will eventually get back in power and wake us all up from this nightmare ...oh one last thing.. to No Caller ID from Major (retired) . If I was called upon by Canada serve one more time in order to protect your freedom and rights I wouldn’t hesitate. See more

Way to Go New Brunswick!!!!! We are now entering our 3rd week without any new cases of Covid and are currently Covid free. Having said that Stewart's Hearth S...tore still wants to do their part in keeping this under control. So starting this week we will be starting back out on the road for basic inspections that need to get done. We will only be doing calls where we can guarantee no contact and safe interaction. If everything goes well this week and Government loosens the restrictions a little more we are hoping to be doing service and installations starting next week. But again these will only be scheduled if they can fall within the guidelines of safe interaction and social distancing. We really appreciate all of our customers support and patience during these unprecedented times
