When I made up the Sausage Roll scone a couple weeks ago, I thought hey why not try making a rolled cinnamon bun one!? Wow, did it ever turn out amazing... a soft tender crisp scone, slathered with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Rolled up and then sliced to create those classic cinnamon bun layers. Drizzled with a sweet vanilla bean glaze. Oof.
