This week's Adventure Menu is Khao Pun- Ground Pork, Red Curry, Yu Choy, Bamboo, Cilantro, Papaya Slaw, Vermicelli and sliced Vietnamese Sausage

Adventure Menu this week is Geang Moo- Red Curry/Bacon Broth, Braised Pork, Yu Choy, Straw Mushrooms, Bamboo and herbs over Noodles with a Hard Boiled Egg.

Adventure Menu this week is a Vermicelli Bowl- Shrimp, Beans, Tomatoes, Onion, Carrot and Vermicelli Noodles with a thin coating of Red Curry!

Adventure Menu is Laos Breakfast! Braised Pork, Scrambled Eggs, Bok Choy, Celery, Herbs and Onions with Sriracha and Jasmine Rice!

You know, we've done some pretty crazy proteins in our Adventure Menus- Pork Belly, Frog's Legs, Beef Tendon, Fermented Pork Sausage, Small Intestines, Sardines, Smelts... and yet the one that has been the most polarizing has been this week's Beef Liver! Come on Liver lovers, I still have a few orders left! And if it's not your thing (as it seems to be the case for a large amount of people...) it's Pad Thai Tuesday!

Adventure Menu this week is Basil Beef Liver- with onions, green peppers,straw mushrooms in an oyster/soy sauce over Jasmine Rice!
