We want to shine a spotlight on a beautiful mural we had created for the drop in. Hand painted and concept created for our drop in by a local artist Robin Love. We are here for you community!... "There is a rainbow of hope at the end of every storm" Robin Love is a Painter and Visual artist raised on the prairies in the small town of Russell, Manitoba. Currently living in Winnipeg, she graduated with a Fine Arts degree in 2010. Majoring in photography, ceramic sculpture and creative writing. Robin’s art works range from painting, poetry, sculpture, pottery, costume design, dance, jewelry and wood working. A self taught painter, Robin’s creative personality shines as she embraces the process of creation, cathartic release, and her intuition. Eagle it represents our connection to the divine by being the messanger to the spirit. It flies higher than any other bird, conveying strength, courage and freedom. Overall a symbol of integrity Waves/water the waves of purity, fertility, patience and inspiration. It holds all the wisdom and secrets of life within its depths. We ourselves are of water. Morach/butteflies powerful personal rebirth and transformation, change of persectives percieve our place in the world. Capable of flying between worlds. 3 the beginning, middle and end. Sky, Earth and waters. Thought, feeling and emotion. The cycle of life. Tree represents our roots, family, wisdom and longevity. the stars are fruit, represents hope, dreams and wishes, that we are celestial beings greater than we know. Star seed to come into fruition from light workers passing on their light and lessons to the youth. That community is helping hands, sharing abundance and rejuvenation. When we encourage others, they shine too. We are all cosmical magic. The rainbow is pride, and the joy after a storm. Faith that at the of turmoil things get better. A promise.
