Here's our fantastic Coach Sherry's latest program to help keep us all in paddling shape! Actually - her expertise is far-reaching so this program is suited to lots of different fitness needs and is open to all. Check it out, you will be so glad you did!!

Usually this time of year Spirit Abreast is participating in the first regatta of the year. We miss those days but we still get together online for team workouts. We are in this boat together! Sending wishes for good health to all.

WOW! What an incredible month February has been! Spirit Abreast would like to send a heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful donors, supporters, and volunteers of our recent February fundraiser. A special thanks to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 280 Vedder Golden, led by President Krista Smith, for allowing us to host the fundraiser at their branch and for their amazing and generous donation of $2000.
