Some MORE new and EXCITING news. Lol I had a very enriched meeting of the minds last night, with a super awesome new dog trainer in town. She approached me, a while back, wanting to help me with my business and I was more than happy to accept! It was the sort of thing Ive been looking for, to help take my business atmosphere to the next level. So once Im back from my surgery, a few new suggestions will be in place for grooming, and it will only make your experience with me... a better one if you decide to try it with me. My goal is to create an anxiety free environment and she gave me a few pointers on what to do. Im excited to send an email out to everyone and blast on Facebook the new features, helping turn my place of business into a shop where every pup WANTS to go! Implementing them should be easy peasy, they just require a little work on your end (favourite treats, toys, etc). I AM SO FREAKING EXCITED ABOUT THIS!! Im writing up the email/face-book notification now! I am hoping to really push for it by the beginning of October. Of course, you do not have to partake, at all, but please know, the safer I can act out my job, the less accidents will happen, the happier you and I will be, and in turn you get a better groom for your price! Lots of people often have trouble visualizing what their overweight animals should look like at a pet weight. Veterinarians will give various descriptions to ow...ners, such as how there should be a tuck in the waist visible from both the top down and from the side profile for many breeds. BIG SECRET ANNOUNCED! I AM HIRING A BATHER! (Bather is hired) So, what does that mean for you? It means much shorter waitlists - From months, to now days. Shoot me a pm if you want to get in, I am trying to figure out scheduling right now, so I need a little bit of grace time to find you a spot, but at least I will know you want one. I will be first offering spots to all my clients currently on my calendar for September and October, then opening it up for everyone else. ...Online booking is currently haulted, due to the new scheduling. Hopefully I can get that swinging again. The "downside" to grooming more dogs in a day: Longer wait times. I will now need you to try and drop off/ pick up during certain hours. Less disturbances means I can work more efficiently. Drop off times will start between 9am and 9:30am, pick up/ new drop offs at 12:30/1, then pick ups at the end of the day - 4:30 - 5pm. Honestly, Im expecting it to be a mighty cluster - for the first little while, while we work out the kinks. I am also in my new shop! Address is 117 Centre Street South (east of the Old Hotel parking lot). Yay!! All the new things!!
