Reports on our Camel & his travels: Exciting news! The camel is making his way closer to Saint Paul’s United Church. He was at Ottosen’s and made his way to D & P Hogg's place and spent the day on the deck looking in our window and relaxing. When he realized there was no water at our pond he made his way to the McEachern’s. He was curious how the twins were doing and was excited to see both Milo and Dion thriving in a home setting. From there we saw him make his way up and over the hill towards Huxley. He still has a smile on his face even though he has not found the Wisemen!

Sandy & Bill Ottosen report: "The camel made a stop at our house as he was very tired. We let him rest a bit but then sent him on his way. He has many more miles to go before his journey is over. Keep watch for him."

Sunday Schoolers, UC families, I HAVE AN IDEA! It is not looking like Christmas Eve Church gatherings are going to be easy if they can happen this season... BUT what if we created our own virtual nativity to share My plan is... to have each family record/video one part of the nativity. Maybe it is a scene, maybe it is a line, maybe it is silently watching a star; and I want to edit these together into a nativity that can be shared with all of the churches in our cluster.... This will require that each family consent to their part in the video being shared on social media, my kids are not a huge fan of this lately.... so be creative! Use your nativity, make some puppets, build a lego scene, or dress up and act it out. I would love to see faces hear voices, and create a keepsake to draw our UC families together this Christmas.
