Wishing you all the merriest Christmas. We know the holidays may look a little different this year, but we hope you all have a safe and special day, and continue to find some magic in the season. We can’t wait to see what 2021 brings. ... To so many bright days ahead. We love you all. See you soon

Sending out a huge thank you to everyone that came out to ride with us this morning and kick off our Mighty Max fundraiser. And an extra special thank you to the Beliveau clan who dropped off this generous donation on their way to go caroling at the lodge. It may look different, but Christmas is still here, I promise.

Good Morning Station Fam, As the holidays quickly approach, we just wanted to mention again that we will still be offering classes, but they will be posted more or less day by day to allow our instructors time to enjoy the holidays as well. So keep an eye on the schedule! We also just wanted to remind you that all of our regular Station Spin classes from December 24th to the 31st will be Karma Classes, which means they will be donation based, and we ask that you pay what ... you can. All proceeds will be going to the Moving Mountains for Mighty Max fundraiser, which you can learn more about here. As we've learned over the past couple of months, together we can do incredible things, so please consider helping out if you can. See you soon! The Station Team https://youtu.be/lqZlH1wmufc

Okay Station Fam, I know the holidays, and this season, look a little different this year. But let’s reflect on what this time is truly about- spreading love, kindness, helping those who need an extra hand, paying it forward. ... And in the spirit of that- we’re asking for your help. Since September 19th we’ve watched you do incredible things. We’ve watched each other accomplish huge goals, step outside of our comfort zones, come together as a community and take giant steps forward together. To end this year strong we’re asking you to help us out one more time to raise some money for a family in need. From December 24th until December 31st, all regular Station Spin classes at the studio will be Karma classes. This means, we’re asking for a donation instead of regular payment, and all the proceeds will be going to help Max and his family reach their goal. Check out Max’s story below and please, if you can, help us help max. As you know, together we can do incredible things. See you soon - the station https://www.mightymaxsych.org/

We’re asking for a cash donation at the door, of any amount, and all proceeds will go to the Rockglen Fire Department. ... After class, grab a coffee and lunch next door!

How are you? How many times a day do you ask this question? How many times each day are you asked this question?... How many times a day can you truly say you expect or give an honest answer? And if you got an honest answer. What would you do with it? If it wasn’t what you expected to hear, how would you respond? How many people in your life can you say truly know your real, authentic, 100% to the bone self? Take a minute to sit in that. The answer might surprise you. So here’s what I want you to know: no matter how you show up. Good days or bad days. Highs, or lows. We have a seat for you here. There is room for you here. When you walk through that door and we ask how you are we really want to know. Some days life can be really, really hard but sitting alone in the silence and shame only makes it harder. If there is something you need to say, I guarantee you a thousand times over, there is somebody else that needs to hear it. We know you’re doing all you can to protect your physical health. You wear a mask. You wash your hands. You limit your contacts. But make sure you’re taking care of your head and your heart too. This week we have a challenge for you. Reach out to someone, anyone, that you think might need a little extra support. Send them some love. There’s good stuff out there, but somedays its harder to see. Be the light, or simply pull up a seat and help them sit in the dark. Let’s work together to change the narrative. To make space for being real, and honest, and true. For being human.

I’ll be the one to say it. This is hard. Every ride won’t be your best ride. Some days will be really, really hard and you won’t want to show up at all. ... Meaningful relationships. Putting in the work to get your dream job. Raising a family. Taking risks. All the big things that make life worth while... they’re all hard. You don’t have to give 100% every single time. What you do need to give yourself is grace. To try. To fail. To try again. To accept today’s best, whatever that may be. Every single day you are wearing a body you’ve never worn before. Give yourself the grace to take what TODAY’s version of you needs. It doesn’t matter if you rise. It doesn’t matter if you fail. The only thing that matters is that you try. Because no amount of hard work or failure can take away the power that you will feel when you make it through a race for the first time. When you stand through an entire fast climb. When you attack harder and faster than you ever have before. When you don’t drop those weights. The only one watching you, is you. Make the view count. It doesn’t matter if all you do is pedal at your own pace for 50 minutes. It doesn’t matter if you’re the strongest rider in the room. The only thing that matters is the story you tell yourself when you leave. How kind you are to yourself when it’s all said and done. That you come back one more time every time.

With the rising number of COVID cases in our province, we want to ensure that we are doing all we can to protect the health of our clients. For this reason, we will be making a number of changes to our policies and procedures. As we mentioned yesterday, we will be asking that all of our clients wear a mask before and after class. It can be removed once you are on your bike and ready to ride.... We require that you sanitize your hands upon entry (hand sanitizer is provided as always) and request that you bring your own towel. Washrooms will continue to be available, but we ask that you limit use as much as possible, and currently we are not offering use of our shower. We will also continue to keep our fans off, as we have done since opening to help protect our clients while riding, and as always, bikes will remain 3m apart. We understand that these new policies may cause some frustrations, but the health and safety of our clients is our number one priority so we hope that you can understand. We all need to work together to help reduce our numbers so we can continue to do the things we love. See you so soon Your Station Fam See more

Starting tomorrow we will be making masks mandatory when not on the bike (they can be removed when ready to ride). We apologize for the inconvenience but hope that you can understand. Keeping our clients safe is our number one priority

Here at The Station, you know community and connection are the biggest part of our why. We believe in supporting one another, helping each other grow, and standing alongside one another when the going gets tough. Rockglen is an incredible community. ... It has so much potential to grow and to thrive. We have music. We have art. We have this incredible landscape. We have entrepreneurs. We have a school. We have a rink. We have a beach. We have families that continue to grow, and members that continue to do whatever they can to help this community prosper. I have seen first hand the incredible things this community can do when they come together for those in need, and I am so lucky and so proud to be a part of it. We believe that it’s important to do what we can to help our community continue to prosper, and we know how important it is for kids to have somewhere to go. To gather. To get active. To play. To get to be kids. For this reason, we will be donating all profits from the rest of this week’s classes to the Rockglen Rink’s Plant Fundraiser. If you would like to contribute please get in touch and we’ll make it happen! Thank you SO much for your support. We love you Rockglen.

Just to clarify: you will still be able to book online and on the app for classes, as always. If a class indicates "CALL" instead of "BOOK" this just means that the booking window hasn't opened yet. Check back often! We will be trying this 15 day booking window for the month of November and will decide how to proceed come December!

The Station Spin Studio 17.07.2020

Good morning spin fam! We just wanted to update you on what to expect for November! We’ve opened up our November schedule, but please note that we will be adding classes in as we go, so continue to check our schedule regularly!... We’ve also made a few changes to our booking policy. You will only be able to book classes 15 days in advance at this time. While we realize some people may not like this change, we feel it’s in the best interest of all of our clients in order to make sure everyone has the opportunity to book classes. If there are times you would like to see added to our schedule please feel free to reach out! We always welcome feedback. And as mentioned previously- check back in often. We can’t seem to stay off the bike so we are continuously adding pop up classes as we go! See you soon! -Your station fam
