WE ARE NOW OPEN Dear Customers, We are now open with limited capacity, services and hours. New clients welcome.... We are Closed Sundays and Tuesdays Online appointment booking is not available at this time. Existing clients can Phone 604-681-3341 to book an appointment. STRANDS REOPENING PROTOCOL We are going back to pre-closure protocol with some modifications. Please arrive on time for your appointment as we have no waiting area. Our entrance door is locked. To enter and receive service, ring the buzzer and wait someone will be with you as soon as possible. Please wear a mask and use hand sanitizer provided before you enter the salon. You will be handed a gown to change into. As usual gowns are washed after each use. In order to assure physical distancing there will be a maximum of 2 to 3 clients in the salon at any given time (depending on the kind of service). We will also look a little different we will be wearing masks and sneeze guards whenever possible. Sanitizing hands, gloves and implements is a given we will continue as usual to use germicides to disinfect all tools and surfaces. Walk-in clientele will be accepted with the above restrictions. There will be no waiting area, so no friends or family to keep you company. Right now we are working to have all the correct signage and protection equipment in the salon. Magazines are not available in the salon please bring your own reading material. The area behind the desk is off limits to clients. For retail products, please ask us to take them off the shelf for you, as anything you touch has to be disinfected. We will provide some separation between clients. If you have been in contact with somebody who is ill or if you feel unwell, please postpone your appointment. Should you feel unwell between the time you booked your appointment and the time of the actual appointment, please cancel; we can book an appointment for you at a later date. The start-up will be slow and deliberate so as not to endanger you or us. Starting with hair services, cut and colour, we will expand to esthetic services when allowed. To offset the added cost of PPE and increased sanitation we are adding a $3.00 Covid 19 surcharge. We thank you for your patience and understanding while we navigate through this difficult time.
