Sauce up your meatballs with our Hot Pepper Bacon Jam! Sweet & Spicy Meatballs 2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion ... 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic 1 egg 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 Tbsp. Peachy Onion Hot Sauce 1 lb. (.454 kg) ground beef Sauce: 3 Tbsp. Hot Pepper Bacon Jam 1/3 cup Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce cup root beer Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat a 15" x 10" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray, or parchment paper. Place first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add ground beef and mix until blended, do not over-mix. Form mixture into balls, about 1" in diameter. Place meatballs on prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Place meatballs in an oven-proof dish, pour the sauce over top and bake at 325F for 30 minutes. Meatballs can also be sauced and cooked in a slow cooker or on the stove top.

One Pot Penne Pasta & Chicken Bake 3 Tbsp. olive oil Salt and pepper to taste... 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic 1 onion, chopped 4 cups chicken broth 3 cups dry penne pasta 1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese 1/2 brick (125 g) cream cheese 1 pkg. Creamy Garlic Hot Dip Mix 2 cups fresh spinach Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken, add to pan; cook 3 minutes. Add Oh! So Garlic and onion to the pan; flip chicken pieces to cook on the other side for 3 minutes. Add chicken broth. Bring to a bubbling boil (about 3-5 minutes). Stir in pasta. Cover. Reduce heat to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in shredded cheese, cream cheese, and Creamy Garlic Hot Dip Mix. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add spinach; mixing it into the pasta. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the spinach wilts. Serve immediately. Serve with garlic toast and a side salad.

Enjoy these Lemony Dill Glazed Carrots with your Thanksgiving meal! 10-12 medium carrots tsp. salt... 1 Tbsp. butter 2 Tbsp. honey 1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate 1 tsp. Lemony Dill Seasoning Himalayan Pink Salt and 5 Peppercorn Premium Blend Place carrots into a large saucepan, with enough water to reach a depth of 1" and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer carrots until tender, 8-10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Melt butter in the same saucepan; add honey and orange juice and bring to a light simmer. Transfer carrots into the sauce; cook and stir until carrots are glazed, about 5 more minutes. Season with Lemony Dill Seasoning and salt and pepper. Place in a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.

Planning meatballs for your Thanksgiving meal? We can help you add a touch of Gourmet! Cocktail Meatballs 2.2 lbs. (1kg) lean ground beef ... 1 tsp. Oh! So Garlic 1 tsp. Oh! So Onion tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt tsp. freshly ground black pepper cup bread crumbs cup water 2 eggs cup Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce cup Smoky Chipotle Honey Mustard Mix all seasonings and bread crumbs in a large bowl, add water and eggs. Mix well and add ground beef,mix until all seasonings have been evenly distributed, do not over-mix. Form into small meatballs bake in the oven at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes. Place meatballs in an ovenproof casserole dish. Combine Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce and Smoky Chipotle Honey Mustard. Pour sauce over meatballs and cook for another 45 minutes. Hollow out the top half of the bun and cut out some Jack-o’-lantern eyes. Place a pepper stem on top for a garnish!
Creamy Mushroom & Onion Chicken 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise 2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 Tbsp. butter, divided 1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt... 1 tsp. 5 Peppercorn Premium Blend 1 tsp. Oh! So Garlic 10-12 mushrooms, sliced 1 can (284 mL) cream of mushroom soup 1 cup milk 1 pkg. Maple & Onion Dip Mix cup white wine (optional) In a large skillet heat olive oil and 1 Tbsp. butter over medium high heat. Season chicken with seasoned salt and pepper; add to skillet. Sauté for 8-10 minutes, remove chicken. In the same pan add 1 Tbsp. butter, sliced mushrooms and Oh! So Garlic. Sauté for 5-7 minutes. Add mushroom soup, milk, Maple & Onion Dip Mix and wine. Mix and simmer for 5 minutes, add chicken and continue to simmer on low for 15 minutes. Serve with your choice of sides.

Himalayan Pink Salt 30-35 grape tomatoes, halved (or 3 large tomatoes diced) 1 Tbsp. capers, drained 10 basil leaves, coarsely chopped Vinaigrette 1 tsp. Oh! So Garlic 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar 1/3 cup Meyer Lemon Infused Olive Oil 1 tsp. 5 Peppercorn Premium Blend 1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt Heat oil in a large pan. Add bread and sprinkle generously with salt, cook on low and toss until bread in golden. Whisk the vinaigrette ingredients together and let sit for 20 minutes. To assemble salad: Place tomatoes, croutons, capers and basil in a large bowl; toss with the vinaigrette.

Oh! Canada Frozen Maple Hot Chocolate cup milk 3 to 4 Tbsp. Oh! Canada Maple Hot Chocolate Mix... 1 to 1 cups ice Mix milk with 3 to 4 tablespoons Oh! Canada Maple Hot Chocolate Mix and crushed ice cubes. Put all in a blender and blend at low speed until combined, then high speed until ice is finely crushed and slushy. Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a maraschino cherry.
