Source: I forget. But a good little tidbit on information. We all want to improve ourselves but often don’t know how to start. I suggest start writing down your dreams, research how to get there, make a end date, make an action plan in small, easy steps. Adjust and review as you go. Happy solstice!
The hard truth: body transformations don’t take a month to achieve. Depending on your age, genetics, your starting point, or access to coaches and healthy nutrition, it may take 2-10+ years to make dramatic change to your athletic performance and body composition. Plus, injury, illness, major stressful events will come your way in the process. The key is to work hard (and smart) consistently. Starting yesterday is the best, but starting today is second best. Don’t wait.
Ah darn cat (loves attention) but this video is a heads up on what’s to come in the new year. A warning, don’t go all out with exercise and nutrition. Take it one step at a time. That will lead to success.

However, I value health over everything else. You can drastically improve your health without losing a single pound.
