After a call out to the walmart in South Surrey yesterday, I’d asked your team if I could take a photo of their truck for my 5 year old who dreams of being a firefighter. Imagine his surprise when I came home with stickers, pencil and eraser too! Thank you for fueling his dreams.

As we have been doing for decades now, off duty members gathered outside the Costco in Newton and began loading their personal vehicles with thousands of pounds of food, purchased by the Surrey Fire Fighters Charitable Society. From here the food will be dropped off at over 125 Schools, in the City of Surrey, to provide nutritional snacks to the students who come to school hungry. This program would not exist without the support of our members, as well as our generous donors.
