Me and a coworker were discussing the emotion anger and how it’s the one emotion that we don’t experience the same as any other emotion. How it comes on so strongly and don’t really know how to deal with it. And generally can only be brought out by someone you really care about. However it use to be brought on by just about anyone. That’s when you know you’ve put up with way too much. When you’re always angry, you’re mistreating your self by keeping those environments of mistreatment in your life. Stop abusing your self.

One of my top favourites. Definitely lifts numbness for me. Such a calming yet lifting energy.
