While each of Sarah's bridal shower cakes featured a unique buttercream design on the outside, the inside offered chocolate sponge drizzled with salted caramel sauce and filled with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream. The beautiful floral toppers were created by Trisha Kelly of Tplus3 Designs.

Instead of making macaron towers, I decided to switch things up a bit and created meringue rosette towers which complemented the beautiful assortment of cakes for Sarah's shower.
