I am at a complete loss for words and i would like to extend my deepest condolences to Matthew's wife Katia as well as the entire Schreindorfer family. I believe it goes without saying that the world lost an extraordinary man but God gained one tough angel. Even though I did not know Matt personally, his story was one that could not be ignored because of Matthew's selflessness! This was not just someone asking for help, this was a man asking for help so that he could help... others in return. It takes a special kind of person to endure so much pain on a daily basis and despite his personal struggles go above and beyond to help others. Matt helped raise awareness for immunotherapies in Canada and also raised close to 1 million dollars, spoke at conferences & was even invited to speak at the Pfizer head office. He devoted his time and energy to secure a grant in order to gain access to innovative new types of immunothérapies. Matthew's story is one that has touched and will continue to touch the lives of so many!
