Due to the coronavirus and it’s long duration of self isolation we have decided to offer free online Taekwondo classes for our students and parents designed to boost our immune systems , get back into shape and release stress during this time. This is an very important time to pay attention to our overall health and emotional state to maintain focus, discipline and to retain our techniques. Taekwondo helps support our immune systems and balance our emotions so that we can better resist any virus. We can Kick It together . As we are spending more time in isolation I have designed this simplified online Taekwondo classes that you can enjoy in your home, as long as you have telephone or internet connection. No special equipment is required as long as you have free open space . No previous experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepare to have a fun time while Learning marital arts . Please also have water handy to replenish yourself after breath work. We will end every class with an intention to send healing energy around the world and maintain peace and harmony. Holiday membership and equipment sale

Great news ! We have received green light from Taekwondo Ontario and the Ministry to reopen our doors . We will be reopening our locations one at a time however there will be social distancing measures in place . At this time we can only accept 9 students maximum in a class which is the maximum limit in Ontario . Announcements will be made on th first day of class .

Our first Inter-school Tournament was a huge success. Here are some highlights.

Good Morning and Happy Easter everyone, We launched our online program two weeks ago to provide continuation of our students' taekwondo training in the comfort and safety of your home to maintain their skills without any charge. We did not imagine that the quarantine/social distancing would go as long as it has and it seems it's going to be a while before we resume to our regular schedule. We would love to provide continuous free service to our members but unfortunately we do... not have capacity to continue to provide Free services without charging any further as we have an incredible amount of expenses that we cannot continue to absorb. Effective today (Monday), Online training will be for registered active members only. We will be providing smaller classes so we can cover all the curriculums so that the students can continue to test for their belts. The following payment structures will be implemented during our online training: - Twice a week: $95/monthly - Three time a week: $120/monthly - Unlimited: $175/monthly We are giving our members the option to take advantage of this opportunity to continue training with the above structures. Please note: If you have an active membership with us, your membership will remain on hold and this is to be treated as a separate program.
