Sometimes a lot, sometimes a little.5years ago Itooka big uncomfortable leap & signedupfor yoga school at Janati. I actually was physicallyscaredsick the first day & couldn’t go. I wondered if I should go at all. Thankfully, I decided toshowup for day 2 and nevernever missed class again! I became a 200 hr RYT in2016 and begansharing my love for the tools of yogathat year.I have recentlycompleted 300 hr Advancedteacher training at Janati.
