Bathroom done and dusted at our York Mills project!

This project consisted of renovating/restoring a very worn and deteriorated, tile clad exterior staircase and landing, on a commercial building. Both myself and the client decided upon using 'Sienna(brown) pressure treated 3/4" deck boards, attached with PL Premium 8x strong construction adhesive and 3" long stainless tapcon, concrete screws, to re-clad the staircase & landing. Also to give it more of an earthy and rustic look & feel. It is also sealed and made water tight with a' matt finish timber sealant'
