Hello Friends, We blessed a van that is used for delivering food, from the Food Share. Our culture encourages us to share the blessing by giving out goods, etc. We call it Jinop. So we will be giving out a ham or turkey package, tomorrow, to every household in the 4 villages on Nisga'a Lands. This will be our delivery for this week. Thank you to The Salvation Army and the Agriculture Canada grant for the purchase of the van and food. Thank you to Emergency Services for donat...ing veggies. Thank you to the Gitlaxt’aamiks Village Government for your continued investment in feeding the people. A huge thank you to all our volunteers. On top of that, The Food Share will be open on Tuesday from 4:30-6pm and Thursday from 6-7. Please wear a mask. Stay in your vehicle until we call you. As it is cold, we will not be lining up outside. One person in the Food Share per family, at a time. Stay 6ft apart. Please adhere to the Covid-19 protocols. Thank you and God bless.

If you, normally, give to the Christmas kettles in Terrace, here’s a good way to give. No contact. All proceeds, from this kettle, go towards The Salvation Army’s work in Gitwinksihlkw and the Nisga’a Nation.
