The Wood Shoppe on Mill Street is conveniently located in Newcastle, Ontario, which means we have now entered into the Red Zone for Covid-19 restrictions. So what does this mean for us as retail and you as a shopper? Don't worry, we've got you covered! ... Starting today, we are appointment only! Please call us at 905-925-WOOD (9663) or book online at https://square.site//the-wood-shoppe-on-mill-street-newcas Once you have arrived for your appointment, please call us and we will come to the gate to greet you. We are required to screen everyone before they come in, so please be prepared to answer the Covid-19 questionnaire beforehand, as well as show ID. If you arrive without an appointment, please note that you may have to wait until the Shoppe is cleared of any previous shoppers and we have had a chance to disinfect the space before you can enter. Please note that masks are mandatory and shoppers are required to use the hand sanitizer we have provided! We have been working on our online store and will have finished pieces, holiday gifts as well as our furniture frames, legs, shelf brackets and finishing products such as epoxy and tint available for purchase that way. If you are interested in this option, please know that this is for curbside pick up only! If you order online, we will contact you when your order is ready and you can schedule a time to pick up. The Wood Shoppe on Mill Street is first and foremost a family owned and operated business, (you may have met or seen our four children running around!) therefore we can only remain open to the public if all safety measures are in place and followed.
