Our theme for 2020 is home for the holidaysFor the 4th annual Biscuit Eater community dinner we are finding new ways to share comfort and community care. Take out or delivery in the Bridgewater/Mahone Bay/Lunenburg area from December 20-25. Gluten free, vegetarian/vegan and halal/kosher options are available. Price is $45 per person and includes: Seasonal appetizers, antipasto, charcuterie, & crudite platter ... Green salad with maple orange dressing Buttermilk biscuit or gluten free cornbread (vegan) with molasses butter Choice of roast local free range Oulton’s Turkey with mix of white & dark meat and turkey gravy OR vegan option of wild rice and mushroom meatloaf with sage and onion gravy. Sage & onion bread stuffing Wild rice stuffing with Terra Beata cranberries & apricots Sweet potato casserole Buttermilk mashed potatoes Roasted seasonal vegetables Caramelized carrots & parsnips Homemade cranberry sauce with Terra Beata cranberries Dessert course of holiday treats including tiny tarts, pies, cakes & cookies Everything will be freshly prepared and come either hot or packed and ready to be warmed up at home.
