TRUTH: I often get asked how long Ive been in practice or how many of a certain procedure Ive done. Do you know what I never get asked? What I do to keep my skills and knowledge up to date. TRUTH: I snapped this picture at the kitchen table after the kids left for daycare. Yes, I am google tab person . But invariably one of those tabs is a journal article. Even if Ive done a procedure 100 times, I am always reading around the topic, seeing what other surgeons are doing or what new innovations are emerging. What now? We have had a week of silence. A week of quieting our voice so that others can be heard. A week of listening. A week of reflection. A week of learning. Congratulations to all the business who have been approved to re-open! We bundled the kids in the stroller and had a nice (distanced) walk this weekend, visiting some of our favorite spots. We love our downtown and love being able to shop local.
