dear riders, as i begin to write, i am flooded with emotions. excitement, sadness, overjoyed, more sadness.... a business that was created based on imperfect action grew into something that goes beyond the bike, the weekly classes, and the endless amount of playlists. The Den became a community. a community of riders. looking to let go, sweat and leash their wild side! together we connected, we laughed endlessly, shared our stories, and become a family. and with all of this being said, i have a mega bomb to drop. The Den has been sold. (insert ugly cry ) this wasn’t an easy decision or a decision that was made overnight. it breaks my heart to think of this chapter of my life coming to an end. but as one door closes another door opens... for those of you who don’t know, early this year i started a social media/marketing business and i am ready to completely shift my focus into my new adventure. so thank you. thank you to all the riders that joined me on the bike. that unleashed their wild side and continued to come back for more! thank you for allowing me to be my most honest and authentic self. thank you for your ongoing support. without you, i would be a girl on a bike, in a basement, riding alone. thank you. thank you. thank you. so what is next for The Den you ask... it has found a new home at Two Feathers Yoga in Keswick. so we thought we would break our silence. we have been getting inquiries about what is happening at The Den now that Stage 3 is happening Friday at midnight. at this time, we are going to continue offering classes online and renting our bikes out to you!... our goal is to continue to keep our community healthy through movement, laughter and fun times both on and off the bike. we will keep you up to date as we continue navigate during this time. thank you to all the riders that continue to support us through bike rentals, online classes and of course your messages. we hope to see our community together once again!

bike rentals are BACK! here’s what we are offering: 3 weekly live classes in an exclusive Facebook group plus the bikes for $150 a month.... all live classes will be saved and you have the opportunity to watch them at your convenience. All rentals require a $200 refundable deposit. pick up only in Keswick. have a bike but want only the classes...don’t worry, we have you covered. $50/month for weekly classes through the Facebook group. SCHEDULE Monday 5pm, Thursday 9am & Saturday 9am Classes start July 5th - August 1st if you’re interested, please send us a dm! thank you for your ongoing support and we really miss out riders! hope to see everyone soon!

HERE WE GO! music makes the class & nothing is better then a theme ride all week long. next week we are riding from era to era. starting with the 80s and ending in the 00s.... missing our classes and have a bike at home...we are offering virtual classes via Zoom. all classes are saved and posted in a private Facebook group so you can watch again at anytime. now we want to know WHAT IS YOUR FAV SONG FROM THE 80s, 90s, and 00s?

i can’t wait until we are back in the studio together on bikes laughing and sweating together! online is great but in person is where we thrive! we are missing our riders.
