To celebrate the holidays we have created a seasonal offering in the Regency Restaurant and Bar.

The holidays are just around the corner and we could not think of a better way to celebrate than offering a holiday buffet. Being the trend setting property we are, the buffet will be set up in the kitchen(following all COVID 19 protocols) your server will provide you with a menu card to make your buffet selections, our culinary team will prepare your plate and our dining staff will serve it to you. Buffet available Thurs through Sat beginning November 12/2020 until Dec 23/2020, $30 per person+ tax.

Have you met Ron? He is one of the cornerstones of our front desk team and is often one of the first team members you will encounter during your stay. Ron always provides all of our guests with bilingual service in a truly professional manner. Uncommon Ron fact #1: Ron is an experienced marathon runner, there is a very solid chance he will catch you if you decide to dine and dash.

Our brass rail restaurant is a warm and friendly environment, where you will find Greer hard at work. Greer greets every customer with a smile allowing her caring personality to shine. Greer’s diligence and determination play an important role in our food and beverage team.

Are you tired of mediocre mysterious sauces ruining your chicken wings? We hear your cry for help. At the Regency we have ruled no chicken wing shall be served without one of our delicious in house made sauces. Our sauces range from: a gentle breeze to utter madness, either way your taste buds will feel alive again! *Sauces available Honey Garlic, Mild, Medium, Hot, Suicide and our chef’s monthly selection: Jerk Pineapple*

Keeping a busy spot like our laundry department going strong requires dedication and hard work something Donna demonstrates on a daily basis. Donna has been with the Fredericton Inn for over twenty years and is always ready to share a laugh or smile with her co-workers. Donna cares about everyone and shows this through her own brand of heartfelt comedy.
