***COVID-19 UPDATE*** As most of you have heard Northern Ontario is headed for a 14 day lockdown starting on December 26th. I will be closed for those 2 weeks as per government mandate. Hi Everyone! Don't worry I will still remain open during our move to Orange! In order to remain open, I will need to do more extensive screening. Everyone will have to answer upon entry. If you have to answer Yes to any of the questions please try to give at least 5 hours notice, or when you arrive and answer Yes you will have to leave immediately and will be charged a no show fee. **** REMINDER! BOOK YOUR DECEMBER/CHRISTMAS APPOINTMENTS! ***** Even though you may not have anywhere to go this year, doesn't mean your hair should be left out! I have been able to add a few daytime appointments, thanks to some amazing family members! Thank you to everyone who has been supportive in our decision to virtually school Kyrie from home. I have only been able to work part time, and cannot tell you all enough how much it means to me how understanding everyone is!... Kyrie is still virtually doing school, which means I will only be part time for the rest of the year ( Only 10 more weeks! ). I am hoping that we will feel comfortable enough to for her to re-enter then. Cheers! :)

The Green Room Organic Hair Care New Protocols for Covid-19 I will be open Starting Tuesday June 23rd. I am only booking until August 31st at this time. My new Schedule is :... Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Friday - 5:00-9:00 pm Saturday - 9:00 - 4:00 Sunday & Monday - Closed Appointments will be booked according to the waiting list. If you had an appointment that was cancelled due to Covid, then you are on the list and will be contacted to arrange the booking. If you did not have an appointment but are in need of my services, please email or message to be added to the list. There will be screening questions when booking appointments, as well as at your appointment time. If you answer yes to any of the questions, then we will have to postpone your booking. Masks are to be worn at all times. In order to cut your hair with a mask on, it needs to have a thin elastic that goes over the ear. If you do not have this type, I will have some available for purchase for $1.00. You will need to sanitize your hands before entering using product supplied at the door. Only one person at a time in the salon. I will only be booking one person at a time to help control the spread and give myself time to clean properly. PLEASE - ONLY THE PERSON WHO HAS THE APPOINTMENT COMES INTO THE SALON. Do not bring family, friends or children to your appointment. I am booking extra time between clients to ensure proper disinfecting of all surfaces. Please come ON TIME for your appointment, and wait in your vehicle until I call or text you to come in. I’m trying to keep only 1 person in the salon space at a time. Currently, in order to manage appointments and accommodate everyone, I will be suspending some services. Any type of service that takes longer than 2.5 hours will not be offered at this time. Please keep your outside shoes on, there will be no slippers or flip flops provided. Thank you for helping to ensure we all stay safe! Can't wait to see you all!!

Some Good News!! YAY!! As most of you have probably heard we are moving into Phase 2 of reopening the economy. It has been announced that hair salons are among the list of businesses to reopen! While this is exciting news, please be patient and understanding as I have not received my requirements from the Public Health Unit outlining necessary protocols to be in place prior to reopening. Once I've received the required information, and can ensure I'm fully in compliance I wil...l let all of you know my reopening date! There is a waiting list, that has been growing since March and I will be going in order of cancellations for re-booking appointments. If you did not have an appointment and are in need of my services please send me a message or email so you can be added to the list! Given the nature of my job, and that my salon is located in my home things will look different. My hours will be shorter, and different safety protocols will be put in place to keep everyone safe. Stay safe and stay healthy - I look forward to seeing you all again real soon!!
