PAUL "BEAR" VASQUEZ September 5th 1962 - May 9th 2020. RIP... In honour of Paul Vasquez who died this past Saturday. Paul was famous for living on the hillside in Yosemite National Park in California and he made videos of his spectacular surroundings. In January of 2010 he woke to find a most gorgeous "Double Rainbow" which he filmed as its beauty reduced him to tears. For us here in Winnipeg, it reminded me of this past Sunday April 28th 2020. At the back of The Happy Cooker after a rain shower we looked out to find a most gorgeous double rainbow whch we photographed as it is quite the rarity and totally majestic. In honour of Mr Vasquez and also hoping that these pictures bring a smile to all who view them. Watching this phenomenon was truly remarkable and a scene we will never forget. Cheers Winnipeg !!!
