It was a great day playing for the 2019 Ride Don't Hide bike for the Canadian Mental Health Association! Over 70% of Canadian musicians have experienced some sort of mental health challenges. Playing music and writing songs allows us to communicate our feelings in a healthy and positive way. We hope everyone can find their outlet that improves their mental health.

It was a beautiful day yesterday when we celebrated Kaeden Brown's 17th birthday. We are so proud of Davis for being this years recipient of the KBF scholarship.
