Have you tried La Cometa? Grown at or above 1,800 MASL in Huehuetenango, this coffee presents a fruity round profile that is extremely vibrant. When we first sampled La Cometa on our @ikawacoffee we were curious if it was a natural or semi washed coffee. The fermentation on this coffee is just right. Bright cherry notes with a milk chocolate body. This is a great example of a clean vibrant washed coffee.
