This is Ben and Rufus They are 8 & 9 years old. Their owner very sadly passed away They are very sweet and looking for a loving home together... ... Please let me know if you are interested in adopting them (or share with someone who might be). They need a nice home quickly. **Update: Thank you again everyone very much!! Ben and Rufus have potentially found a new very loving home together but I will update you when thats official on Friday. I have responded to all of the messages I have gotten but unfortunately I dont have time to respond to all of the comments on this post (now that they have found a home). So I apologize if you responded on here and didnt hear back. I appreciate all of the comments and shares though. Thank you again!!
Please care and share for pretty girl Lexie: Lexie came to us because her family got another dog who was too large and rambunctious for Lexie to deal with. Sh...e is approx. 12 years old and weighs 13 pounds. She is doing well in her foster home and live with a retired couple who have a house and backyard. Her foster mom says she's a quiet, loving and sweet-natured dog who would be happiest as an only dog. She can be a bit shy at first but once she is comfortable she warms right up; she has no guarding behaviours and no bite history. She is housetrained, good in the car, not a big barker and has no anxieties when left alone. Medical issues: takes a non-steroidal bladder control medication once per week called stilboestrol which is very affordable. See more
Please pay attention to your dog's signals.
Would any of my clients please leave a review on google for me? I discovered recently that I didn't come up on google so I lost any previous reviews.
Please vote for me, I've been nominated in the dog walker category! https://www.thestar.com//people-p/subcategories/dog-walker

Very serious about dinner!
My view from the back of the pack!! Love these 3, they are such a joy to walk.
What an amazing story!
There is a delicious new restaurant in Cliffcrest called Gujrat Grill. It's in the plaza with Big Brothers Pizza and across from Vi Pei and Il Fresco. What an amazing little group of restaurants in the same area. I just picked up a veggie curry dish whose name I've forgotten, and it comes with either naan bread or rice. I have the naan bread and also ordered rice and samosas. It could feed three people! 3110 Kingston Road, between Fluffy Pets and the dental office. Give them a try!
Great news, he's off the market and in his forever home! Is anyone hoping to adopt a dog?
Just a reminder to those with small dogs or cats, fall migration is under way. This dog was lucky because at 14 pounds, the weight was too much for the eagle.
This is a good reminder for all of us to stay away from both the top and bottom of the bluffs.
My tribute to Half Mask, her caregivers and her fans is in the new edition of the Bluffs Monitor! Click on the link and it should come up. Print copies were rolling off the presses last night.
Looking for birdies but ok, I will pose for one photo!
If I stare at the treat door long enough, it will open!
I spent an enjoyable few hours at Catty Cat Catuary caring for and visiting with the kitties who are still there while we look for homes for them. When I arrive...d I peeked in the large window where they love to lounge and watch the bird feeder. Bobby was there and greeted me with what looked like a pretty good hiss! He is so funny, all hiss and no bite! When I went into the trailer everyone seemed to be pretty relaxed. Hobo was his usual helpful self when I was getting their food ready. Someone has to do the taste testing! Amber was very loving and I was relieved to see that she is no longer drooling. I think that she is feeling so much better after her second dental surgery. Cheeky Bobby is obviously feeling pretty good too. And Spare Cat (who had been in the window) retreated to his favorite box and allowed a few pets. I think that he also feels a lot better! Actually Bobby ended up joining Spare Cat in his box at one point. Good buddies. Juliet was out and about quite a bit and so was Hyder. They play together which is nice to see. Juliet sniffed at my outstretched fingers. She is very curious. Hyder is not quite ready for that, but soon I hope. This evening I visited the other two remaining cats at the vet. Taz and Mini Mo. Taz is a diabetic and so cannot come back to the sanctuary because she needs insulin twice per day. She is friendly and funny and very talkative. We are hoping to find that special person who will adopt her. Mini Mo is adorable. She is very affectionate and loving and enjoys some lap time. She is ready for a home. Please contact me if you want more information about any of our kitties. Thank you. Judy See more
Look at these beauties! They love their walks!
I am getting major cattitude from Celeste these past few days!!
Don't even THINK of taking this toy away!
Hello Celeste!!
If you're looking for a real estate agent, I highly recommend Mark Gilmour. He dealt with the sale of my mom's house after she passed away and made everything so easy for us. He's smart, trustworthy and explains everything in easy to understand terms, especially for people new to the real estate market. My siblings and I are thrilled with how he marketed and sold the house. I'm staying in the area and of course am still pet sitting and dog walking! I love the south Scarborough/East York area!
I went to D' Amo yesterday and had the BEST chocolate milkshake as well as delicious cheese fries. The milkshake was a meal in itself and I will definitely be going back to try all their offerings. The cakes look amazing, as do the crepes. I can't tag the location here because they just opened but they're in the plaza on Kingston Road and Ridgemoor on the south west corner.
This kitty is missing from Birch Cliff
With so many businesses being badly impacted due to covid, it's exciting to see a new bakery opening up in the plaza on the south west corner of Kingston and Ridgemoor called D'Amo. They're opening this Saturday, August 15th and specialize in desserts and savouries. Also on Kingston Road, across from No Frills, Mexitaco is opening in or before September. They currently have a location on Victoria Park.
Cool things to bid on that will help the cats at Catty Cat Catuary! Only available in the US due to high postage costs.
Half Mask is in the trailer for this movie. Check the 42 second mark for a quick appearance! http://redqueenproductions.com/index.php/portfolio/cat-city/
Beautiful Half Mask is a local legend. Sadly she passed away today, on her own terms, just as she lived her life. I will miss seeing her beautiful face at Bluffers Park.
Good morning, Rosie!
Good morning from a very happy Sugar! Breakfast, bath and soon a nap!
