MAMA MIA HERE WE GO AGAIN! There will be no classes between Dec 24th at 1:00pm and Friday January 22nd. Since we are already closed between Christmas and New Years, technically those currently registered will be missing 3 weeks of classes. We want to ask each of you to remain calm & know that we WILL come out of this! Just like we did last March when we shut down the first time. We know more now and are better prepared. While we don’t know how long this will last; depend...ing on the time frame, we may offer virtual classes either AT your current class time, or close to. This will help keep your child engaged while they are at home. Alternatively, we will allow makeups to be used in the Summer 2021 Session (without needing to be signed up) OR you can do them during the Winter/Spring if you have already signed up. Decisions will be made as we receive more information. Classes are set to resume Saturday January 23rd 2021. If anything changes, we will be on top of it and will communicate immediately via email. We want to thank each of you for your support of our small business. If we all do our part and stay home and stay safe, we are hopeful that this situation will be a short-term inconvenience. We are all in the same storm but we are not in the same boat. "Working parents want kids to go back to school because school closures directly impacts them. Teachers don’t want schools to open because covid spreading round their school directly impacts them.... Hospital staff want a full lockdown because sick covid patients directly impacts them. Business owners want to carry on as normal because lockdown directly impacts them. People with physical health problems want everyone to stay socially distant because catching covid could kill them. People with mental health problems want people to spend time with because isolation could kill them. Some can’t wait for a vaccine because they believe it will bring back some normality. Some are terrified of a vaccine because they believe it could harm them. We are all going through this but none of us are going through the same thing. Some face crippling financial challenges, others face heart break. We don’t all have to agree with what is best because what’s best for us won’t be best for everyone. We don’t have to understand what others are going through. But we do need to stick together and keep loving each other no matter our differences. Let's get some use out of those costumes! Let your little one wear them to their class this week (between Monday Oct 26-Sun Nov 1st). Props like wands and swords will need to stay with the parent dropping off. For obvious reasons: no face paint, feather boas or glitter please! No costume? No problem. Wear something orange or black if you would like. Can't wait to see you in class!

Hey Burrito!.... that wraps up our Tumbles and Cheer camp this week! The kids had a blast learning some new Cheers! Dont worry they all get to play on the equipment during the day, they just take turns so we can clean it all in between. The instructors have been working Uber hard to make sure the kids are having fun and not affected by all the extra cleaning we need to do in between and as you can see by pics and videos I post ... they love it. Some of them have ended up falling asleep at the end of the day. Yup! We keep them moving all day! Next week is Dance Around the World camp. We are now SOLD OUT until the end of August. 1 spot left for Ninja Camp August 31. MEDIA RELEASE: FACE COVERINGS IN ALL INDOOR ENCLOSED PUBLIC SPACES TO BE MANDATORY ACROSS LONDON AND MIDDLESEX COUNTY London, ON With the London and Middlesex County region moving in to Stage 3 of Ontarios recovery, the Medical Officer of Health has issued instructions to all local businesses and organizations to ensure masking and other public health measures are put in place. ... Dr. Chris Mackie issued instructions under Ontarios Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act today, requiring operators of all enclosed public spaces to implement measures requiring the public to wear face coverings at all times while on their premises. The mandatory wearing of face coverings and other public health measures including ensuring physical distancing, enhanced cleaning and providing alcohol-based hand sanitizers for customers, will come into effect at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, July 18th. The Instructions will be enforceable by public health staff, municipal by-law officers and law enforcement officials. We know that physical distancing is very effective in preventing the spread of COVID-19, but as the pandemic has evolved, new evidence supporting the use of face coverings in enclosed public spaces has continued to emerge, says Dr. Mackie. Our community has done an amazing job to slow the pandemic to a crawl. We need to do all we can to prevent a spike in cases that could occur as most of our businesses and establishments more to Stage 3 of reopening. For the purposes of the Instructions, face coverings are defined as a mask or other barrier, including a bandana or scarf, made of cloth, linen or other similar fabric that fits securely to the head and is large enough to completely and comfortably cover the mouth, nose and chin without gapping. Face coverings may also include medical masks such as surgical masks, as well as N95 or other similar masks worn by healthcare workers. While the Instructions apply to most people, the following individuals are exempt from having to wear face coverings: Children under the age of 12; People who have a medical condition or disability which inhibits their ability to wear a face covering; Those unable to apply or remove a face covering without help; People with accommodations under the Ontario Human Rights Code or the Accessibility for Ontarians with a Disabilities Act; Staff or agents of an enclosed public space who are in an area of the premises that is designated for them and not accessible to the public, or in an area separated by a physical barrier, such as plexiglass.
