The light caught this flock of seagulls and stopped me in my tracks as I left the grocery store last night. It went on for at least a minute. It’s easy to get caught up in the momentum of our days sometimes, or the way the weather can affect our moods...I think sometimes we just need to remember to look up. The inverted Aeropress method - my everyday go-to brew. The same coffee can taste totally different depending on the way you brew. But for me, brewing at home, work or traveling, this is my go to. Ill never forget the first day I tried it (remember that Paul Roberts?!) knocked my socks off bold and flavourful ... cest lamour. ... That was years ago and my Aeropress has travelled to Hawaii, Spain, Peru, and many places in between since then. No concerns of ever settling for a mediocre cup of coffee. Digging to research I learned you can do one cup at a time, or fill the tube completely with grinds to make a concentrated brew for several cups. - Boil water - wait 30-40 seconds (195-205 degrees) - pour water over grinds in Aeropress - Stir to ensure all grinds are wet (you may need to add a little more water - particularly when using fresh roasted coffee as the grinds will bloom and fall as they off-gas) - Wait approx 1 minute - Flip & press - Enjoy as an espresso, or add more water to taste #lifestooshortforbadcoffee #freshroastedcoffee #travel #aeropress #espresso #americano #invertedaeropress #travel #coffee #tobeanornottobean #stratfordon #homebrew

In Rosies cooling bin (which draws the heat down through hundreds of small holes to cool the beans quickly) the agitator spins a dark roasted batch, fresh out of the roaster.
