When I put a restaurant in this corner, I chose to do something a little different than what everybody else was doing on this strip. I was trained French and now doing more comfort, Southern food with still a bit of that French. It's hard to say French because French is the base of most cooking. Yo...u learn that and then you have to find your own path. With COVID, my restaurant’s revenue has been down 80%. You can't survive on making $300-$400 a day when you got hydro, gas, staff.
