"The County of Dufferin is looking to adopt a licensing system for tow truck drivers in the area; it will require background checks, safety inspections, a set pricing list, and a storage lot in the county [...] The Ontario government is also working on legislation for the towing industry, which may also include establishing provincial oversight."
