Once you leave your property in #LaSalle, dogs must be on a leash at all times. Parks in LaSalle, and the Vollmer Complex, are not leash-free areas. Incidents of dog bites have been increasing. This could mean a dangerous dog designation and a $500 fine. One more reminder: scoop when your dog poops. ... LaSalle By-Law 7841 #LivingLaSalle

If you are walking, jogging or cycling - practice physical distancing on #LaSalle trails and sidewalks. When you are cycling on the trails, use your bell and voice well in advance to signal your approach to others. Please leave lots of room between you and others trail users. If you are walking on the trails and sidewalks, please keep to one side to allow others to pass at a safe distance. If you hear or see a cyclist or pedestrian approaching, please move over.... Parents, please talk about trail/sidewalk safety with your children. Be kind and make room for others. Keep at least 2 metres apart. Stay home if you are sick. Be sure to wash your hands with soap and water when you get home. #StaySafe #LivingLaSalle
