A bear and her cubs. Not the first time or the last time this scenario will happen. Last time it was Sheryl who looked up and had a big ole black bear walking up the fence line toward her. Let off a bear banger and she did not move. More her habitat than mine. I'll call it a day. Met one of the ancestors of a rain deer farm that had been opened up for all the farmed rain deer to escape back in the 70's. Every now and again you see the color come out in the local population. 100meters of a 4 x barbed wire fence for a repeat customer out in Ryder lake BC. Fence will be intended for sheep, miniature cows, donkeys and probably some other creatures. This fence had its own challenges. But like all my fences. A little bit of sweat and blood. Goes a long long way.
