Fall clean up is preparing your yard for the harsh Alberta winter. It is a crucial part of healthy lawn maintenance and also provides your yard with a clean neat appearance all winter long. This cleanup process can include: - raking up all leaves and debris from your property... - blowing out any hedges, shrubs, flower beds or gardens - the lawn will be cut and trimmed for a final time to prepare for the winter months - we can spread some fall fertilizer as well. This will help strengthen the roots of your lawn to better withstand the stress of winter. - Aerating is also offered. It's a great way to loosen up the earth, help nutrients and oxygen get down to the roots in order to promote healthy strong roots over winter. Message us for a quote.

Small front yard flower bed removal and sod job today. Got a bit into the removal and realized I didn’t have a picture yet

One of my fur babies hanging out with me while we watch the lawn get watered. She doesn’t like getting her paws wet so she normally hides.

Some before and after of work done awhile back. I need to work on my photography skills. Thanks to the McKee for always letting me work on their properties. I think this might be the first time these bushes have been trimmed, but what a difference it will make visually and health wise for them. The bushes had to be cut back pretty far, which exposed some dead spots, but they will fill back in quickly. I love potentillas as they are one of my favorite shrubs. The poor Wichita junipers in the back though are sure struggling. They may need a strong fertilizer in the spring to try and bring back some life.
