THE DRIVE-IN IS OPEN! While the nice thing about the drive-in has always been that you are in the privacy and comfort of your own vehicle, without having to share an armrest with a stranger, or having people sitting around you coughing, we understand that there is public concern around COVID-19, and that this has an impact on how people choose to spend their time. We are monitoring the latest developments from the experts, and following their lead. Guest and employee safety i...s our priority. We have always prided ourselves in operating a clean facility. We plan to continue these procedures and do even more in light of the COVID-19. We will have hand sanitizer publicly available in the concession. We will be disinfecting all surfaces that touch peoples' hand throughout the evening. As always, we require all staff to frequently and thoroughly wash their hands, and to stay home if they feel ill. We ask our guests to do the same. Please practice social distancing - the concession is usually empty while the movies are on. If there is a lineup before the movie, please consider visiting the concession through the show. The movie companies are delaying releases of new movies and in return we will be forced to play what we can. We plan on staying open, continue to serve our community and loyal customers. Effective tonight, July 6, with our opening of INCREDIBLES 2, smoking will not be permitted in the drive-in parking area. If you must smoke, please use the designed area along the North treeline (and please discard of your butts responsibly). If you see someone smoking in the parking area, please inform them of the new policy (as they probably aren't aware), or please bring it to the attention of the field staff. Thank you for your cooperation.

Oh no! Those crazy kids from #Riverdale are up to no good at the drive-in! The CW's new TV show, Riverdale, based on the Archie comics, shooting at the drive-in.

We just heard that two drive-ins in Ontario will not be reopening this Spring; one in Owen Sound and one in downtown Toronto. That will bring Canada's drive-in count to 38, down from the 500 or so in the 1960s. While operating a drive-in here in the lower mainland does have it's challenges, including questionable weather at times, skyrocketing land values & property taxes, we are forever thankful to all those drive-in fans who make it possible for the lower mainland to continue to have a drive-in movie theatre!
