*New Covid-19 Protocol Dec 26, 2020* Please note we are open as allowed under the current restrictions as of Dec 26, 2020. A few changes to our current operating structure will require your compliance in order to ensure we can continue to be open to serve you in the days ahead during lockdown. 1. Only 1 squad scheduled every 15 minutes (as done initially upon reopening in the summer). 2. No loitering/gathering. Please arrive just 5 min prior to your scheduled time and leav...e promptly after completing the course. 3. Please maintain a minimum of 2 MT from everyone. If you are unable to do this as required, the lockdown order states you must wear a face mask. 4. Tip jars are available if you wish to leave a gratuity for your Trapper. Please use the jar to eliminate hand to hand close contact or leave at the clubhouse with management. 5. COVID-19 Safety Plan is posted and available if you wish to see it. 6. NO admittance in the clubhouse see the north window to register. 7. All high touch surfaces including clipboards and pencils are disinfected upon use. Hand sanitizer is available if needed. 8. Please use the self check daily screening to ensure you can answer NO to ALL these questions before presenting at the Club. 9. All shooters/squads must be scheduled. Please note there is no fee for cancellation. Given the current circumstances surrounding covid-19, we ask that you contact management to cancel should you be unwell or answer yes to any of the self screening questions. 10. All attendees are required to record your name and phone number upon check in. 11. Squad sizes are limited until further notice. Max 8 persons for 50 rounds and 5 persons for 100. Self Screening Checklist. *note you must answer no to all these in order to present at Twin Creek. A) do you have fever/new onset cough, difficulty breathing, chills, shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of appetite or smell? B) have you travelled outside Canada in the last 14 days? C) have you been in close (6ft) contact with a confirmed or probable case of covid-19? D) have you been in close contact with a person with an acute respiratory illness whom has been to a COVID-19 impacted area? E) have you been advised by a medical professional to self isolate?
