Registration for Meditation on Wednesday November 25th is now open. After a few weeks of intense energy, it may feel like things are calming down a bit. With the Full Moon in Taurus approaching on Oct 31st, Halloween, the veil between the two realities (physical & spiritual) gets thinner. We are in a season of death, embracing the end of the old, releasing it and moving forward into the new come spring. The winter has us laying dormant, pondering the new direction. It may feel like you are in some of your darkest moments now, waiting for the old to end..., but one must hold onto the faith within the desire, to create a new cycle. One can still embrace happiness, even if you are in one of your darkest moments. Of course its not dark for everyone, there is the ability to see the light at the end of this cyclic pattern you may find yourself in. So join me on a journey on Oct 28 where we embrace the light! Why do we need to add an age to a goal that we are not always in control of? "Life starts" when you want it to start. Life starts when you choose for it to start. Life starts when you are ready to let go of all your baggage, embrace your truth, and live life from the heart! For some people that is early in life, for others it takes a bit of time. Tonight, the Moon is aligning with Venus in the night sky. Both are moving through the sign of Taurus. We are all sitting around the house and isolation, contemplation and hibernating. Well those two planets gently stroll true the sky this evening, we are given the opportunity to tap into our personal values and beliefs. Those values and beliefs may be currently changing, as the pandemic has us evaluating what we value. What do we love? There a lot of people who are currently... going through loss, but do not allow yourself to get stuck in fear or grief. Process your grief and release your fear. Oh ya, do the dance of Joy! Mercury is stationing direct this week on March 9th, in the evening. Keep in mind, the day it stations, it can wreak havoc. This is because the planet is coming to almost a complete stop. But soon, we will be out of the Mercury Retrograde shadow (March 30). The shadow period is a time to course correct whatever transpired during the retrograde, giving you a new set of eye and ears allowing you to see and hear everything much clearer. Addition...ally, we experience the Full Moon in Virgo in the early afternoon on March 9th. Virgo is Mercury’s natural ruler, so it will be interesting to SEE how this plays out. With the Moon Full, we can see into our shadow self, Mercury in Aquarius is giving you the ability to know, deep within your being how to clear what no longer serves you. Once you clear, it is like being reborn! This week under the Universal Sky I will be offering phone readings on Monday March 9th from 11 am to 4 pm. I have a couple of openings from 2 to 4 (the rest of the day is already booked). Then on Wednesday March 11th I will be at the Vidya centre for Yoga and Wellness offering readings and healings from 2 pm to 6 pm, followed by the Universal Alignment Meditation Journey at 7:15. I believe this is true. Your eyes will see where your thoughts are. You ears will hear where your thoughts are. If you are unhappy with something, you will manifest more of that in your life. If you attach a strong emotion to a negative thought, it will become a belief that is hard to break. Some people don't understand that we create our own reality and our own issues. Sometimes that happens consciously and sometimes it comes from the sub-conscious mind.

Have you experienced enough of the snow? Wow, cancellations and treacherous driving threw my week off last week. Let’s hope life gets back to normal. We may have to wait until Mercury stations direct to feel that ‘normal’ energy again! Patience, it will be shifting into Aquarius on March 4th, which can stir the mind and then station direct on March 9th, allowing us to move forward once again.
